Terrible experience, I came here from PA 2 hours drive for sushi 🍱 and I ordered drinks, appetizers all good until we say we ready for the food and they said.. KITCHEN CLOSED like are you kidding me… Management is terrible no comunication… 2/10 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ( by the way the staff were pretty friendly and nice)

This little Colombian eatery is located on Main St in Paterson. Parking is difficult to find. But once inside the ambience is colorful and inviting. The lighting and artwork are super cool and great for pictures! Checked it out with the bestie and we each had a nice cold beer and shared the shrimp & steak tostones smothered with avocado 🥑 along with some chicken empanadas 😋. They offer indoor and outside patio seating. Staff is very friendly and I would definitely go back again!

I came by myself to an empty restaurant to watch a soccer game. They accommodate me nicely since they shut down the music so I can watch the game with sound. So, I ordered a beer and I have to ask for a menu after 40 minutes of watching the game. I ordered two sushi rolls for 15 dollars and ended up drinking two beers. I have to ask for soy sauce because even though the rolls were served with 2 sauces still very dry. This is to my belief a bistro/ restaurant where you come to relax eat maybe drink something and watch a soccer game since is the season of the World Cup but no this is more like bar where the loud noise would make leave very quickly if you don’t want to end with a headache. As the restaurant start getting more tables I can hear more screams from tables trying to have a conversation. You either are a restaurant or a bar with music loud like a club. Last thing I didn’t like I should be the one deciding the tip for the server. No tone imposed the tip in the bill like it was a table of 6 people like most restaurants do. No I was by myself and I really don’t think they should automatically added to the bill another thing price for cash and credit. If you want to earn cash o

Happy hour is well worth the drive!! 1.00 shots of Green tea and lemon drop , 7.00 appetizers from 3-7 Tuesday- Friday!!!! Chicken chauffa is absolutely delicious!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the service at Dulce Patria was incredible. We were warmly welcomed right away, and the ambience is absolutely beautiful with plenty of great spots for photos. Our server, Natasha, was amazing and took the time to explain all their promotions, including a great happy hour menu. We tried the Tussi Roll, Dominican Power, and Cuban Tempora sushi rolls. Each one was full of flavor, and I was honestly impressed by how good they were. My friend ordered the Bad Bunny drink and the Beso de Coco. She enjoyed both, but the coconut one was her favorite and she definitely recommends it for coconut lovers. Parking isn’t the greatest in the area, but this place is absolutely worth the effort to find a spot. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back with more friends.
